ACSI 2011 in Finland (Aug 24th – 31st)

Aalto Camp for Societal Innovation ACSI represents a new type of an innovation agenda, with Aalto University and the New Club of Paris as engines and actors in charge.

Aalto University
The Aalto University is a new university with centuries of experience. The Aalto University is a created from the merger of three Finnish universities: The Helsinki School of Economics, Helsinki University of Technology and The University of Art and Design Helsinki. The three schools of the Aalto University – the School of Economics, the School of Art and Design and the School of Science and Technology are all leading and renowned institutions in their respective fields and in their own right.

The New Club of Paris
The New Club of Paris is the agenda developer for the Knowledge Economy. The Club’€™s main objective is to create awareness on what the knowledge society is and will be, and also support nations, regions, cities, communities organizations and companies in their transformation into the Knowledge Economy.

The ACSI concept will be further developed in cooperation with Finnish and international actors such as The Uusimaa Regional Council, The Committee for the Future of the Finnish Parliament and The Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (IPTS).
