NCP Annual Meeting + General Assembly and 26th European Conference on Knowledge Management, Lahti, 3-6 September, 2025

NCP Annual Meeting together with the ECKM 2025 will take place on September 3rd – 6th, at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT) in Lahti. NCP members are cordially invited to attend both the NCP Annual Meeting and the ECKM 2025 conference. We especially encourage the NCP community to join the conference mini-track titled “Intellectual Capital as a Dynamic, Multilevel, and Complex Ecosystem”, which is initiated and hosted by NCP members Aino Kianto, Sladjana Čabrilo, and Lina Užienė. This mini-track will build on the recently published book, “Futurizing Intellectual Capital: Insights on Navigating Knowledge-Based Value Creation,” and provide a platform for discussion that was initiated at the last NCP Annual Meeting in Ragusa, Italy.

The official NCP Annual Meeting hotel is Sokos Hotel Lahden Seurahuone. The other options available are Scandic Lahti City and GreenStar Hotel Lahti.

Attendance for all NCP activities, including presentations, working groups, strategy workshops, and the General Assembly, does not require registration. However, we would appreciate it if you could inform the NCP President or Vice President whether you plan to attend in person or online. Your communication would be greatly appreciated.

If you still would like to submit an abstract or paper for ECKM 2025, NCP members are eligible for an extension on the official abstract submission deadline. The final deadline for submitting abstracts for full papers is July 4th, 2025. After this date, the conference organizers will still consider abstracts for presentations and posters, but not for full papers. Once late abstracts are accepted, authors can coordinate a paper submission date with Val Northfield at Val.Northfield@academic-conferences.org, who is responsible for ECKM 2025 paper submissions.

NCP General Assembly will take place on September 5th, 14:00 – 16:00 local time (13:00 – 15:00 CEST) at Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology (LUT) in Lahti. Participants can join either in person or online. Those willing to join remotely should contact the NCP President or Vice President by September 1st at the latest to receive the link for online participation.

For more information regarding organizational matters, please contact NCP President Stefan GÜLDENBERG at stefan.guldenberg@ehl.ch or Vice President Lina UŽIENĖ at lina.uziene@ktu.lt.
