New Club of Paris members’€™ most relevant contributions to EU€’s latest Service Innovation Yearbook 2011

Members of the New Club of Paris have contributed offering remarkable insights on the future of service economy in the latest EC’€™s ‘Service Innovation Yearbook’€, issued by NCP’€™s member Bror Salmelin. (Download Service Innovation Yearbook 2010-2011)

• Have a special look to pages 45 ff, where the Aalto University and in specific the ACSI project is presented ’€“ a project which has been initiated, launched and is operated in cooperation with the NCP.

• Our Swiss member Thomas Auer has compiled a broad survey on ’€œintellectual capital / knowledge measurement and control’€ ’€“ a state of the art article becoming part of NCP’€™s standard literature. See pages 79 ff.
